Sheriff's Office Solves August Gas Station Robbery
Detectives arrested a former employee at the 76 gas station on Soquel for robbery.

Santa Cruz Sheriff's Deputies arrested Glen Clark, 22, of Santa Cruz last Friday for allegedly robbing the 76 gas station at 1500 Soquel Dr. last August.
A clerk at the station reported that on August 19 at 12:51 a.m. a man in a motorcycle helmet jumped over the counter and pointed a can of pepper spray at the clerk.
After an eight-month investigation detectives determined that they had reason to believe Clark committed the crime. "The case was made on a culmination of evidence that was collected and examined over the past several months," they said in a press release.
