Crowds were down, about 15,000 instead of the 30,000 that clogged streets years back, and there were a lot of generic costumes...but these ones were the real deal
Smart, creative, contemporary makes for some of the best costumes.
There were too many Snow Whites, cats, zombies, Freddy Krugers, Mario Brothers, blind referees Playboy bunnies.
There was a cool live rolling DJ who had about 75 people walking up and down Pacific dancing along with the music he played. That was too big to be captured by a photo.
