Volunteers Needed To Create Easter & Spring Cards For Seniors

Cards are needed to send to seniors in residential facilities who are feeling isolated and lonely during the pandemic.

SANTA CRUZ, CA- Volunteers are needed to write cards for seniors in residential homes that may be feeling lonely or isolated due to the pandemic.

I-You Venture, Family Services Agency of the Central Coast, is looking for volunteers to write Easter or ‘Happy Spring’ cards for seniors in assisted and skilled nursing facilities.

“Residents have been especially lonely and isolated this past year and a card can help brighten their day. Most people like to receive mail, and this is a way to help put a smile on their face! This is a great project for groups, schools and individuals,” I-You Venture said.
