SANTA CRUZ, CA - The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office arrested a woman Wednesday under the suspicion that she was selling methamphetamine, vape products and alcohol to minors on social media.

Close to an ounce of methamphetamine and a large amount of alcohol and vape products were discovered by The Alcohol and Tobacco Compliance Unit with the assistance of the Special Enforcement Team during their search, police said.

“Many believe that vaping is harmless, but it is highly addictive due to the nicotine being concentrated and can lead to severe health problems and addiction to developing youth. The vape products that were seized are enough for more than 1,120,000 puffs from the vape devices,” the sheriffs office said.
