Lincoln Place Under New Ownership

Lincoln Place, a four-story office building at the corner of Arizona Avenue and Lincoln Boulevard has been acquired by CIM Group, the Los Angeles-based real estate firm announced Monday.

Built in 1990, the Mediterranean-style building is 37,572 square feet and contains 17 office suites and 118 parking spaces. A spokeswoman did not disclose the purchase price, and said there are no plans to change the building.

CIM owns other properties in the West L.A area, including 11600 and 11620 Wilshire Bvld. in Brentwood and 150 and 151 El Camino Dr. in Beverly Hills.
