SANTA MONICA, CA — Starting Monday, Pacific Park's Ferris wheel will be lit up with hearts and shades of pink and red to help celebrate Valentine's Day at the Santa Monica Pier.

The Pacific Wheel's 174,000 LED lights will be programmed with red, pink and white lights along with heart and love patterns from Feb. 12 to 16. The wheel is lit up from sunset to midnight each night.

Heading to the Santa Monica Pier was named one of the 10 Most Romantic Things to Do in Los Angeles by USA Today and Westways magazine named it one of the best places in SoCal to pop the question.
