Saratoga Sheriff's Blotter, July 17-21: Spousal Abuse, Contributing to Delinquency of Minor

The following arrest information was provided by the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

Vehicle Code Violations

  • A 24-year-old Sunnyvale man was arrested at 12:10 a.m. June 27 on Saratoga and Cox avenues for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked, having a suspended license and an infractions for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle.
  • A 22-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 7:30 a.m. May 18 at Cox and Saratoga avenues in Saratoga for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and two infractions for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and an expired registration.
  • A 24-year-old Sunnyvale man was arrested at 9:20 a.m. July 6 on Westmont Avenue and Quito Road in Saratoga for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for inappropriate display of license plates.

Battery

  • A 45-year-old transient was arrested at 4:05 a.m. July 21 at 14421 Big Basin Way in Saratoga for misdemeanor battery on former spouse, finance. Bail set at $10,000.

Protective Order Violation

  • A 35-year-old Santa Cruz man was arrested at 7:30 p.m. July 21 on Sanborn Road in Saratoga for misdemeanor violation of a protective order. Bail set at $5,000.

Inflicting Corporal Injury on Spouse

  • A 55-year-old Saratoga man was arrested at 12:01 a.m. July 19 on Paseo Tierra in Saratoga for felony inflicting corporal injury on spouse, cohabitant. Bail set at $25,000.

Contributing to Delinquency of Minor

  • A 26-year-old Sunnyvale man was arrested at 3:40 a.m. July 13 on Vista Arroyo Court in Saratoga for misdemeanor contributing to delinquency of minor.

Hit-And-Run

  • A 44-year-old Saratoga woman was arrested at 7:06 p.m. July 1 on Stevens Creek Boulevard in Cupertino for misdemeanor hit-and-run.
