Saratoga Sheriff's Blotter, July 24-29: DUI, Minor With Alcohol, Reckless Driving

Protective Order Violation

• A 34-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 2:05 a.m. July 24 at Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road and Brandywine Drive in Saratoga for misdemeanor violation of a protective order. Bail set at $5,000.

• A 27-year-old San Jose woman was arrested at 5:10 p.m. July 12 at Saratoga Avenue and Vineyard Lane in Saratoga for misdemeanor hit-and-run.

• A 61-year-old Redwood City man was arrested at 2:25 a.m. May 23 at Highway 85 and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga for misdemeanor unlawful registration with intent to defraud, driving with privileges suspended or revoked and a suspended license.
• A 57-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 1:15 p.m. July 28 on Sara Glen Drive and Prospect Road in Saratoga for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle, an expired registration and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• A 43-year-old Portola Valley man was arrested at 1:22 p.m. April 5 at Prospect Road and English Court in Saratoga for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and two infractions for windshield and failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle.
• A 31-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 8:35 a.m. June 8 at Saratoga Avenue and La Paloma in Saratoga for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
  

• A 29-year-old Saratoga man was arrested at 11:15 a.m. July 26 at 19095 Portos Dr. in Saratoga for DUI. Bail set at $5,000.

• An 18-year-old Sunnyvale man was arrested at 3:01 a.m. July 8 at Lawrence Expressway and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga for an infraction related to possession of marijuana.
• A 19-year-old Santa Clara man was arrested at 1:20 a.m. June 28 at Vista Arroyo Court and Parker Ranch Road in Saratoga for misdemeanor possession of alcohol in motor vehicle under the age of 21 without a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult relative.

• A 19-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 8:30 p.m. July 25 at Allendale Avenue and Quito Road in Saratoga for misdemeanor reckless driving.
