Under the Influence

• A 49-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 11:45 p.m. July 6 at Saratoga Avenue and Highway 9 in Saratoga for misdemeanor being under the influence of alcohol, drugs or controlled substance. Bail set at $250.

• A 21-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 4:04 a.m. July 8 at Westmont Avenue and Quito Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor DUI. Bail set at $5,000.
• A 20-year-old San Jose ma was arrested at 3:40 a.m. July 13 at Vista Arroyo Court and Parker Ranch Road in Saratoga for misdemeanor DUI and felony contributing to delinquency of minor.

• A 29-year-old Oakland man was arrested at 11:45 p.m. July 9 at Valley Vista and Fruitvale Avenue in Saratoga for misdemeanor failure to appear and an infraction for having a passenger with an open container in motor vehicle. Bail set at $2,870.

• A 37-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 12:15 a.m. July 7 at Clemson Avenue and Quito Road in Saratoga for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.

• A 51-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 11:20 p.m. July 10 at Saratoga and La Paloma avenues in Saratoga for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and felony possession of narcotics/controlled substance. Bail set at $12,000.
• A 29-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 2:08 p.m. July 12 at Saratoga Avenue and Juniper Lane in Saratoga for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and felony possession of a narcotics, controlled substance. Bail set at $11,000.
• A 26-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 12:45 p.m. July 15 on Prospect Road for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Bail set at $75,000.
  

• A 26-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 6:45 a.m. July 12 at Quito Road and Aspesi Drive in Saratoga for felony parole hold violation.

• A 47-year-old Saratoga man was arrested at 4:38 p.m. July 13 on Saratoga Hills Road in Saratoga for felony inflicting corporal injury on spouse.
