Saratoga Sheriff's Blotter, June 21-25: DUI, Burglary, Possession
A look at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's arrests for Saratoga for the period of June 21-25, 2013. The following arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

DUI
- A 60-year-old man from Wisconsin was arrested at 2:40 p.m. June 21 at 24500 Big Basin Way in Saratoga for misdemeanor DUI. Bail set at $5,000.
- A 25-year-old woman from San Jose was arrested at 10:45 p.m. June 24 at Highway 9 and Austin Way in Saratoga for misdemeanor DUI. Bail set at $5,000.
Vehicle Code Violations
- A 30-year-old man from San Jose was arrested at 8:35 a.m. June 8 at Saratoga and La Paloma avenues in Saratoga for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
- A 27-year-old man from San Jose was arrested at 3:40 a.m. June 15 at Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road and Cox Avenue in Saratoga, for two infractions related to failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and not having stop lights and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
- A 27-year-old man from Saratoga was arrested at 1:25 a.m. June 22 at Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road and Blauer Drive in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for driving without due caution.
- A 40-year-old man from San Jose was arrested at 1:37 p.m. June 17 at Saratoga Avenue and Bucknall Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
Burglary
- A 33-year-old man from San Jose was arrested at 4:15 a.m. June 24 at Scotland Drive and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, for felony parole hold and misdemeanor possession of burglary tools.
Possession
- A 55-year-old man from Saratoga was arrested at 7 p.m. June 16 in San Jose for misdemeanor unlawful possession of paraphernalia.
- A 19-year-old woman from Saratoga was arrested at 11:02 a.m. June 25 at Chablis Court and Saratoga Avenue for misdemeanor possession of alcoholic beverage under the age of 21 and misdemeanor entering a commercial dwelling without the consent of owner.
