Possession

• A 63-year-old Santa Clara woman was arrested at 1 p.m. June 23 at Quito Road and Sousa Lane in Saratoga for felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.

• A 20-year-old Saratoga man was arrested at 5:20 a.m. July 3 at Pierce and Saratoga-Sunnyvale roads in Saratoga for misdemeanor DUI and resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer. Bail set at $6,000.

• A 22-year-old Scotts Valley man was arrested at 11:10 a.m. July 3 at Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road and Big Basin Way in Saratoga for felony probation violation.

• A 53-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 1:36 p.m. May 6 at Saratoga Avenue and Quito Road for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and misdemeanor suspended license.
• A 29-year-old Monte Sereno man was arrested at 11:43 a.m. July 4 at Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road and Blauer Drive in Saratoga for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and two infractions for having an expired registration and not obeying regulations of turns at intersections.
• A 29-year-old San Jose woman was arrested at 3:10 p.m. May 16 at Highway 9 and Booker Creek in Saratoga for two infractions related to failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and misdemeanor suspended license and driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• A 28-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 8:30 a.m. June 15 at Saratoga and Cox avenues in Saratoga for two infractions related to failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and not having the required lighting equipment in vehicle and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• A 41-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 9 a.m. July 3 at Big Basin Way and Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road in Saratoga for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and two infractions for inappropriate display of license plates and not obeying left turn at intersection regulation.
• A 27-year-old Boulder Creek woman was arrested at 1:54 a.m. July 4 at Big Basin Way and 5th Street in Saratoga for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.

• A 47-year-old Saratoga man was arrested at 4:38 p.m. July 13 on Saratoga Hills Road for felony inflicting corporal injury on spouse, cohabitant.
