The Coffee Grounds, 14567 Big Basin Way, is no more. The place we had heard was great due to its selection of gelato and ice cream flavors has ceased operations in Saratoga Village.
A sign left on the premises says the business also sold coffee, espresso and bagels.
The business is one of several at Plaza del Roble shopping center, located on the west side of Big Basin Way.
About a dozen merchants make this commercial area their home, including Preston Wynne Day Spa and others.
We asked around if anyone knew the reasons for the closure, but nobody seemed to know, at least not some of the merchants we interviewed.
