Sheriff's Log: Minor With Alcohol, Drug Trafficking, Domestic Violence

The following arrest information was obtained by Patch from the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

DUI

  • A 22-year-old Cupertino man was arrested at 2:40 a.m. Aug. 4 at Prospect and Saratoga Sunnyvale roads for DUI. Bail set at $5,000.
  • A 20-year-old Los Gatos woman was arrested at 2:15 a.m. Aug. 7 at Shadow Oaks Court and Saratoga Avenue for misdemeanor DUI. Bail set at $5,000.

Underage Alcohol Sale

  • An 18-year-old Saratoga girl was arrested at 12:01 a.m. Aug. 2 on Marilla Drive in Saratoga for misdemeanor furnishing an alcoholic beverage in any on-sale premises.

Vehicle Code Violations

  • A 32-year-old Bakersfield man was arrested at 6:25 p.m. July 30 at Saratoga Avenue and Lawrence Expressway in Saratoga for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.

Possession of Burglary Tools

  • A 31-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 6:55 a.m. Aug. 6 at Oak Creek and Saratoga Sunnyvale Road in Saratoga for misdemeanor possession of burglary tools and using/being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail set at $6,000.

Possession of Marijuana

  • A 38-year-old Las Vegas woman was arrested at 7:10 a.m. Aug. 6 at Oak Creek and Saratoga Sunnyvale Road in Saratoga for misdemeanor possession of marijuana and using/being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail set at $5,250.

Drug Trafficking

  • A 49-year-old man was arrested at 11:51 p.m. Aug. 5 at Lawrence Expressway and Prospect Road in Saratoga for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance and felonies related to possession of concentrated cannabis, transporting, selling or furnishing controlled substance and possession of controlled substance for sale.

Domestic Violence

  • A 36-year-old woman was arrested at 3:50 p.m. Aug. 6 at Vineyard and Saratoga Avenue for felony inflicting corporal injury on spouse, misdemeanor possession of controlled substance and felony violation of a protective order.
