SCOTTS VALLEY, CA — Without community leaders, Scotts Valley wouldn’t hum along nearly as smoothly as it does. We’d miss their contributions in big and small ways.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the community hero?

Rogers has received commendations for service above and beyond the call of duty for his efforts during the Storm of 1986, the Improvement of the District Operations in 1988, and the Freeze Emergency of 1990. He was also honored for his efforts to establish the Felton Heights Mutual and Road Association in 1993.
