Firefighters Rescue Woman from Flipped Car [Photos]

An accident occurred in Sherman Oaks on March 24.

Los Angeles firefighters worked to extricate an adult female driver after her vehicle went off the road on Burbank Boulevard between Woodley Avenue and Hayvenhurst Avenue early Sunday afternoon.

The driver did not have life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local trauma center in stable condition. Los Angeles police said the woman was treated and released.

The accident is being investigated by LAPD Valley Traffic. No other vehicles were involved in the collision.
