Mora is 5 feet, 11 inches tall at 160 pounds with a blonde hair, a mustache and blue eyes.Mora was often in West Hollywood, according to Sanchez.Mora's family members were "concerned for his well-being," Sanchez said, adding that anyone with information on his whereabouts can call the department's Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500.
