Muhammad Honored as Athlete of the Year
Sherman Oaks Notre Dame junior running back and sprinter Khalfani Muhammad receives special recognition from the Los Angeles Daily News.

After a dominant season on the track, winning state titles in the 100 meter and 200 meter sprint, as well as the 4 x 100 relay, Sherman Oaks Notre Dame junior sprinter has been named Boys Athlete of the Year by the Los Angeles Daily News.
Muhammad, who is also a standout running back for the Knights' football team, is the first sprinter to win state titles in the 100, 200, and 4 x 100 since 1991. Muhammad also set state-leading times in the 100 and 200 this season.
