The Valley Of Change To Host Neighborhood Cleanup This Sunday

SHERMAN OAKS, CA — Looking for a way to give back to the community this weekend? The Valley of Change will host another neighborhood cleanup this Sunday in Sherman Oaks to help beautify the community.

The cleanup will run from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. and gloves and trash bags will be provided. The Valley of Change encourages you to bring a friend or two to help cover more ground on Sunday.

Community members can sign up here for the cleanup.

The Valley of Change typically hosts community cleanups once a month. Along with cleanups, the organization has hosted food and clothing drives and provided mutual aid to people in need. Next weekend, they will host a back-to-school drive to pass out notebooks, pencils, pens and other supplies to children looking to start the school year on the right foot.
