Crane Creek Regional Park Packed with Summer Events
Have you been to the park? A Spanish language guided hike is on this summer's roster
Sonoma County Regional Parks is putting on two great hikes at Crane Creek Regional Park — just up Petaluma Hill Road from Penngrove — this summer, in an effort to get people out in to the parks more.
Don't miss the first event, coming up Wednesday, May 30 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Join volunteers and parks enthusiasts for a history hike for all ages. A parks naturalist will guide an after-work hike to teach people about the history of Crane Creek.
According to organizers, the hike is geared for learners and hikers. Hands-on activities are planned. Be sure to wear good shoes and bring a jacket. For more information call 707-539-2865.
