North Bay Police Hunting for Public Exposure Suspect
A North Bay woman said she was walking home when a man in a car pulled up to her with his pants down and masturbated.

NORTH BAY, CA -- Police are looking for a man who allegedly masturbated in a car while asking a woman for directions.
Around 3:30 pm on Monday, Feb. 6, a woman was walking westbound on the south side of Rohnert Park Expressway from the FoodMaxx shopping center in the city of Rohnert Park. As she was walking, police say, a newer silver Honda sedan with a white male driver in his 20s pulled over and stopped to talk to her.
The male asked the victim for directions, and after she gave him directions he asked her if she needed a ride home and if she wanted to make some money. She told him she did not, and when she looked down into the vehicle she saw the male had his pants down and he was exposing himself.

The victim said there was something hanging off the rear view mirror in the car, and there was a small dog inside the car wearing a pink collar. She described the male as having short brown hair and being clean shaven.
