SONOMA VALLEY, CA— Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks!

What makes your Mom extra special?
She works full time and still has time to take care of her two children, 3-year-old Gaby and 1-year-old Angel, without ever complaining. Gaby is in preschool she always makes sure to interact with the school events. She is just an amazing mother to my grandkids .
