• Arrest Made in Christmas Day Bike Theft (outlooknewspapers.com) — South Pasadena police arrested a Los Angeles man after two electric bikes were stolen from a Monterey Road apartment complex on Christmas night, and both bikes have been returned to their owner. Detectives tracked the suspect with help from security video, media coverage, and a tip, and residents with additional information are still encouraged to contact South Pasadena police or Crime Stoppers.

Remembered as a devoted mother, grandmother, neighbor, and school volunteer, she will be honored at a memorial service on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2026, at 2 p.m. in the South Pasadena Community Library Room.
