Tournament of Roses: Submit your 2013 Float Design

If you have a float design idea, South Pasadena Tournament of Roses wants to hear from you! Anyone is welcome to submit.

Next year's Tournament of Roses Parade theme has been announced: Oh, the Places You'll Go!

“The 2013 theme is about seizing the moment, throwing off the realistic cares of our daily lives and charging forth confidently,” said Tournament of Roses President Sally M. Bixby.

“It is meant to encourage all to reach higher than the highest star, and to create and explore a world that is full of possibility, rich with imagination, and bursting with discovery.”

Last year's design was created by resident Julie Smith with input from other members.

As you may know, it included a space craft adjacent to two aliens making lemonade—and receievd the Fantasy Award in this year's parade! .
