Man, Dog Rescued From Bay Mud Near SFO
Fire officials used an airboat - with a large fan on the back, ideal for shallow-water applications - to reach the man.
A man and his dog were rescued Sunday by San Francisco Fire Department and San Francisco International Airport personnel, after getting stuck in waist-deep mud and water in San Francisco Bay near the airport, fire officials said on social media.

The man's small dog was tracked from that spot and found a short time later.
