(businessinsider.com subscription) — A self-driving car company once tested vehicles inside a South San Francisco warehouse, where workers had to manually plug in cars after each run. That experience inspired startup Rocsys to build robotic charging arms for robotaxi depots, aiming to cut labor needs, reduce errors, and support the rapid scaling of autonomous fleets in places like the Bay Area and beyond.
