Suspect At Large In Bay Area BART Stabbing That Left 1 In Critical Condition

Police continue to search for the suspect and have collected a description from witnesses.

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Officers are still looking for the suspect in a stabbing at a BART station Wednesday in Daly City that put a man in critical condition, officials said.

Around 3:20 p.m. on Wednesday a mad was stabbed near the bus waiting zone at the Daly City station, BART officials said.

He was taken to the hospital and listed in critical condition, police said.

Police are continuing to investigate the stabbing and are attempting to locate the suspect. Officers said they collected the suspect's description from witnesses but have not made it public.

For around 25 minutes, BART trains did not stop at the Daly City station but BART officials said service has resumed.
