WATCH: Lanterns Light Up the Sky for Little Girl Lost
Family and friends gathered on Ocean Beach Monday night to celebrate what would have been the third birthday of a little girl lost to cancer.
On Monday night, to celebrate the life and third birthday of Juliana Peña, a young South San Francisco resident , a rare childhood cancer.
