• Public comment opens on Marin County's largest housing development project in years (localnewsmatters.org) — A massive redevelopment of the former Golden Gate Theological Seminary site in Strawberry is moving forward, and residents can now weigh in on the final environmental impact report through January 26. The plan calls for hundreds of new homes, a senior care facility, daycare, fitness center, and preserved open space with trails and fields, making it one of Marin County’s most consequential projects in years.
