Boulevard Magazine is Back on Ventura Boulevard

You've seen it if you've stopped anywhere along Ventura Boulevard. The glossy large-sized free local magazine Boulevard wasn't around for a while, but now it's back.

Publisher Raspin Stuwart explained in a note in the February 2013 publication:

"Like so many businesses in 2009, Boulevard felt the financial downturn and we had to take a breather to let the economy recoup."

A version of the magazine has been around for 29 years from what Stuwart described as "our modest beginnings as a small, rectangular shopping guide, On the Boulevard Ventura to the artsy lifestyle and destination publication it is today."

The bi-monthly (once every two month) publication is based in Studio City.
