It's a Good Friday to Drive Coldwater Canyon
The road will be opened for Good Friday.

Coldwater Canyon Avenue construction will be halted for Good Friday, according to the Department of Transportation and Paul Krekorian's office
The city council member's office has been closely monitoring the progress of the road construction and the installation of a trunk line to replace a 100-year-old line.

Please note that construction will pause tomorrow, Friday March 29, and Coldwater Canyon will not be closed during working hours. The road will be open to through traffic.
It will be closed on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. And, it will be closed on Monday, even though some people have the day off for Cesar Chavez Day.

At St. Michael's & All Angels Episcopal Church, which is right in the middle of the construction at 3646 Coldwater Canyon Avenue, there are services at noon and at 7 p.m. on Friday. Each Good Friday service also includes the Stations of the Cross. The Great Vigil of Easter is on Saturday evening at 8 pm.
On Sunday, the road will also be opened. Easter Sunday services at the church are at 8 am and 10:30 am.
