North Hollywood Red Line Station to Get 200 More Parking Spaces
"The lack of parking spaces is a well-known problem" at the station, said Los Angeles City Councilman Krekorian.

The Metro Board of Directors voted today to add 200 parking spaces to the North Hollywood Red Line station, which has been known to fill up completely by 9 a.m. each day.
“The lack of parking spaces is a well-known problem” at the station, said Los Angeles City Councilman Krekorian, who is a member of the Metro Board.
After the station’s 951 spots are filled, “that leaves hundreds of potential riders without a place to park, causing them to drive to work in heavy traffic instead,” Krekorian said.
