Practicing His Recorder on the Freeway—Seriously?!

Are you serious? Driving through Studio City on the 101 Freeway and practicing "Frere Jacques" on his recorder.

She was as shocked as anyone, hearing the driver practice while driving on the freeway. 

She was, by the way, a passenger in the car when she snapped the photo on her cell phone.
