The Sherman Oaks 10-under all-star baseball team alreadyย made history by advancing to the Little League Southern Californiaย championship series.
Sherman Oaks took it a step further, capturingย the title in an impressive 20-1, four-inning victory against Eastlakeย of Chula Vista at Chollas Lake Little League Complex. Sherman Oaksย scored 16 runs on 12 hits and an error in the fourth, one day after
scoring nine runs in the fourth of a 20-10 victory.
The group wasย honored in City Council by Councilmember Tom LaBonge this week.
