* Consent Form required with payment.  Counselors can verify eligibility

Buy tickets Friday, 5-4-12 at lunch, possibly 1 day next week  

     Option 1 - $53.00  Includes park admission, transportation

                and all you can eat buffet from 7-9pm.
     Option 2 - $43.00  Includes park admission and transportation

                only (NO MEAL).
Checks payable to Reed PTSA.  If students want to be on the same bus as their friends, they must buy tickets together.   No guarantees about bus placement will be made otherwise.
