Local Tax Group Raising Money for Bond Measure Recount
Group seeks to overturn the $269 Million November School Bond which passed by 2 votes.
The Solano Tax Watchers has established a "Go Fund Me" page to collect donations to recount Measure S votes from the November 2022 ballot. The $269 million bond measure passed by only 2 (two) votes out of the 36,000 votes cast. The public can donate to help defray the cost of the recount by going to www.GoFundMe.com and searching for "Tax Watchers. The total cost for teh recount is projected at $4,000.
