Murder-Suicide Suspected In Shooting Death Of 2 At Fairfield Home: Police
Police are investigating the death of a man and woman as a murder-suicide.
FAIRFIELD, CA β The Fairfield Police Department is investigating the deaths of two people in a residential shooting early Saturday morning as a suspected murder-suicide, according to a statement from the department.
Fairfield police officers responded at about 3 a.m. to reports from multiple 911 callers in the 3700 block of Lyon Road who heard gunshots.
Officers found a woman and a man dead inside the residence, according to the police department's statement.

Police said the findings were preliminary and the deaths were under investigation as of Saturday, with the official causes of death undetermined at that time.
