Vallejo Driver With Warrants Hits Curb With Stolen Truck, Flees
Solano Deputies suggest if you have warrants and are driving a stolen truck, you shouldn't bring attention to yourself by hitting a curb.

VALLEJO - The Solano County Sheriff's Department is suggesting in a Facebook post that driving a stolen truck while holding warrants might not be a good idea. Especially if you hit a curb and drive up onto the sidewalk while a deputy is following you.
That's apparently what happened Saturday afternoon on Benicia Road in Vallejo.
According to the Sheriff's Office, after the incident, the driver of the truck in the picture got out of his vehicle and casually walked towards the deputy parked behind him.

When the deputy told the driver to stop and sit down, authorities say the man took off running and began jumping fences in the neighborhood.
Solano deputies say they chased and later detained a 49 year old suspect a short time later as he was trying to enter a private residence.
