Coldwell Banker Commecial SC Names New Chief Operations Officer

Coldwell Banker Commercial SC (CBC SC) announced Thursday, Oct. 6 that Summer Partain has joined the company to serve as their Chief Operations Officer. In her new role, she will be responsible for the management of the office’s brokerage operation, human resources, and finance.

Mrs. Partain has an impressive resume of proven successes in Operations Management and comes at a time when the company is experiencing tremendous growth throughout Southern California. Bringing her extensive operations improvement knowledge, budget management expertise, along with her human resource management experience makes her strategically aligned with the needs of the firm.

Mrs. Partain holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and Visual Arts from California State Fullerton, received formal training in Information Technology, and also holds certifications in Microsoft Environment, Quickbooks, and several data analysis programs.
