DUI Checkpoint Announced For Southwest Riverside County

The California Highway Patrol is conducting the operations.

TEMECULA, CA — California Highway Patrol officers from the Temecula Area office will staff a DUI/driver's license checkpoint this weekend, the agency announced.

The operation will be held at an undisclosed location within the unincorporated part of Southwest Riverside County, according to CHP Officer Mike Lassig. It's set to begin at 8 p.m. Saturday and last through 2 a.m. Saturday.

The operation is made possible via state and federal grants.
