Earthquake Hits Near Temecula

Breaking: The quake hit just a few miles from Aguanga. Did you feel it?

TEMECULA, CA — An earthquake struck near Temecula Wednesday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. At about 8:45 a.m., a magnitude 3.4 earthquake was reported about 3 miles northeast of Aguanga, USGS officials said.

A few minutes later, a magnitude 2.7 quake hit the same area.
