Please describe why this individual is a hero at your school.

My son is a freshmen XC runner and Coach Draughon has been so helpful and kind. My son recently hurt his knee and she had checked in on him and has personally helped with advice to help him get better. She checks up on him during the week and emails the teachers to let them know he will be a little slow to class. It is clear to see she cares about her athletes health and wellness. We have never had a coach that goes far above and beyond to make sure her athletes are healthy!! We are so thankful.
