Here's The Roadrunner, Where's The Coyote? Patch Photo Of The Week

FRENCH VALLEY, CA — It isn't every day you look out your back window and spy a Road Runner passing by.

Patch reader Ron Watson shared some photos of his backyard, and the Greater Roadrunner who frequently visits there.

"I live in the French Valley area of Winchester, and took the in November 2024 and January 2025," he said. "This Greater Roadrunner frequents our yard hunting for mice, lizards, and small birds."

Both photos were taken around noon, according to Roberts.
