ID Released On Temecula Man Killed In Winchester Crash
The crash was reported on eastbound Domenigoni Parkway, just west of Winchester Road.
WINCHESTER, CA — Authorities released the identity of a Temecula man killed in a three-vehicle crash over the weekend.
Salvador Ortiz Carlos, 41, died at the scene of the wreck that was reported shortly after 4 a.m. Sunday on eastbound Domenigoni Parkway, just west of Winchester Road, in Winchester, according to information from the coroner's bureau.
He perished before first responders arrived, Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department reported.

Two other people were sent by ground ambulance to a local hospital, according to the fire department.
The crash cause remains under investigation.
