Missing Autistic Teen Found In Perris
Dakarai Evans, who authorities said has a mental capacity of a child, was reunited with his mother.

PERRIS, CA -- An autistic teen who went missing this week was found Friday evening. Dakarai Evans, who authorities said has a mental capacity of a child, was brought to the police station in Perris around 6:47 p.m., officials said.
Evans, who was reunited with his mother, was medically evaluated and seemed in good health, deputies said. He was released to his mother.
Evans was reported missing around 8:30 a.m. Thursday after he left his home in the 1100 block of Perrisito Street. The report prompted officials to search the area and call on the public to help find the man.
