Sheriff Schedules 2013 Women's Fitness Challenge

The Oct. 26 event is for women interested in joining the Sheriff's Department as deputies or correctional officers. Registration is at 7 a.m. at Chaparall High School in Temecula.

Sheriff Stan Sniff and the Riverside County Sheriff's Department will be hosting the 2013 Women’s Fitness Challenge on Oct. 26 in Temecula. 

Registration begins at 7 a.m. at Chaparral High School, 27215 Nicolas Road in Temecula.  Throughout the event, the department’s specialized teams will have a wide variety of displays set up for participants to view.

The Women’s Fitness Challenge is an opportunity for women who are interested in a career as a deputy sheriff or correctional deputy to learn techniques to be successful in the physical assessment testing process.
