Temecula Mom's Faith Has Seen Her Through 3 Battles With Breast Cancer

TEMECULA, CA— Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks!

Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize the awesome moms and mom figures in communities like yours.

What makes your Mom extra special?

My mom is a woman that carries her faith with her day in and day out, and this have given her amazing strength to get through the toughest of times in life, having battled breast cancer three times, and it's given her the strength and love to care for my dad at home until he passed from Dementia, caring for him day and night to show the love and respect she has for everyone one of us.

Why do you feel your Mom deserves the spotlight?

She's always worked so hard to take care of others, and I'd love for the world to see what an amazing woman she is and how we can learn from having faith to help carry us through life's most difficult times.
