'Travel Back In Time' To Celebrate Temecula History Day On Oct. 12
Residents are invited to come out to Old Town Temecula to play games, watch tractor races and enjoy live music to celebrate history.
Temecula, CA — Residents are invited to come out and celebrate Temecula's rich history with games, live music, giveaways, tractor rides and more on Saturday, Oct. 12.
Temecula History Day will be held at Sam Hicks Monument Park (41970 Moreno Rd.) in Old Town Temecula from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., according to a release from the city.
Families can "travel back in time" to explore the town's history through educational games such as "Flood the Temecula Canyon," "Great Oak Acorn Gathering" and "Temecula Rooster Pull Race."

The event is free and the first 150 guests will get a free kettle corn and lemonade starting at 10 a.m. The first guests will also get a goody bag from the Old Town Temecula Mining Company.
