• Some Tustin Residents to Shoulder Increased Landscaping Costs (voiceofoc.org) — Tustin Ranch homeowners in the city’s Landscape and Lighting District will see their annual maintenance assessments rise steadily over the next five years, with some bills more than doubling by 2030. City officials say the increases are needed to restore more frequent landscaping, watering, and tree trimming, after years of cutbacks and depleted reserve funds, and a mailed ballot showed strong resident support.
