Update: In-N-Out Shooting Suspect Arrested
Victim is in critical condition after shooting early Sunday.

Authorities have arrested a man who they say is responsible for critically wounding a 30-year-old Hayward man outside of the at Union Landing early Sunday morning.
Suspected gang member Phi "Tommy" Pham, 20, was arrested at 2 p.m. Sunday near his home off of Hesperian Boulevard in Hayward, said Lt. Mark Quindoy.

Union City detectives and members of the Southern Alameda Major Crimes Task Force launched an intense investigation following the shooting, which occurred at around 12:30 a.m. Sunday.
According to police, Pham allegedly fired several rounds at a group of men sitting outside the fast food restaurant on Union Landing Boulevard after an argument with the victim and his friends.

The victim was shot in the chest and was rushed to a local hospital to be treated for life-threatening injuries, police said. He remains in critical condition.
A couple of bullets shot through the restaurant's glass windows during the incident, but none of the roughly 20 to 25 people inside were injured, police said.
