The City of Union City Seeks Your Input
The City is conducting its first online survey.

In an effort to provide quality customer service, the City of Union City has launched an online survey for residents and businesses to rate the city’s services.
The surveys will be reviewed on a quarterly basis, with this quarter’s survey currently running and ending in March.
This is the first time surveys have been made available online, according to Marketing and Communications Manager Rhea Serran.

Paper surveys have been available at the city’s public offices and community centers for six years. Hard copy surveys are still available.
Hosted by online service Survey Monkey, the brief questionnaire asks community members to rate the knowledge of city staff, the quality of service and the appearance of city facilities.
